Since today is a school day the kids got to choose a special breakfast yesterday in honor of Love Day. They chose Pecan Pannycakes, with sausage and Canadian bacon. 1/2 tsp pure vanilla
3 tbs melted butter
Heat the pan or griddle to 375 degrees. Mix the dry ingredients, then add milk, eggs and vanilla, in order. Whisk them together (they should blend quickly). Let this mixture rest for 3-5 minutes, then add melted butter and pecans.
